P&F Mobile Notary and DNA Testing Services Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy


Terms of Return and Cancellation


At P&F Mobile Notary and DNA Testing Services, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Here is our policy regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds:

  • DNA Testing Kits Return: Unused and unopened DNA testing kits may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
  • Notary Services: Due to the immediate and legal nature of notary work, all completed notary services are final and non-refundable.
  • DNA Testing Services Cancellation: You may cancel DNA testing services and request a refund 24 hours  before the scheduled appointment. Once the day of the appointment arrives, services and associated costs become non-refundable.

State of Return

  • DNA Testing Kits must remain in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a return and refund. 
  • Digital information or signed notary documents cannot be returned once issued.

Reason for Return and Cancellation

  • DNA Testing Kits can be returned if they are damaged, incorrect, or no longer needed.
  • Notary and utilized DNA Testing Services are final upon completion, though feedback is appreciated for service improvement.

Process for Return and Cancellation

  • To initiate a return for a DNA Testing Kit or to cancel DNA Testing Services, please reach out to our customer support at info@pfnotary.com] or call us at 954-399-2376.
  • Provide your order number and reason for return or cancellation.
  • For returns, you will receive instructions on how to send back the kit. A return shipping label is available for instances involving damage or errors.

Process of Refund

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your returned DNA Testing Kit, we will notify you regarding refund approval.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Refunds cover only the product cost, excluding shipping fees unless the return is due to our error or product defect.
